Rates, Terms & Reservations

Prices are in Euro per room and day, including delicious gourmet breakfast buffet with Prosecco, free WLAN, along with free use of the private steam bath and sauna, all local and federal taxes.

Our Room Amenities
Air conditioning, high-speed Internet via WLAN, satellite TV, radio, telephone, safe, mini bar, Nespresso: tea and coffee maker.
Bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, scales, slippers, bathrobe and guest supplies.

Children's Discounts
Children ages 0 to 6: free   
Children ages 7 to 12: 25 % of the double-room rate 
Maximum occupancy per room: 1 child and 2 adults

Cancelation Conditions
All room reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours prior to arrival (by 6 p.m. 2 days before arrival).  If the room is not canceled in timely fashion, or in the event of "no show" (no arrival and no cancelation), we will charge your credit card with the amount of a one night's stay (amount of the first night).

Payment Conditions
In order to guarantee your reservation, we ask that you provide us with the number of your credit card and its expiration date.  At the time we receive your reservation request, we will pre-authorize your card for the amount of the first night of your stay, i.e. the amount will essentially be reserved to your card.  When you are ready to check out, we accept Visa, Diners, Amex, Eurocard/Mastercard, JCB, ATM and cash payments.

Parking Opportunities
Parking spaces are available in the underground garage located across from Hotel Tyrol.  The fee is 18 Euro per day.  Please make reservations in advance.

Tips for packing your suitcase
In order to give you a little help packing your suitcase, we would like to point out the items which await you in your room and bathroom at our Small Luxury Hotel: first-class body-care products: hand soap, shower cap, shower gel, hair shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion, mouthwash and nail file.

Umbrellas are available at the reception for you to borrow.

If you happen to have left your tooth-brushing or shaving equipment at home, we would be glad to assist you at the reception desk.
