With our concierge service, we will gladly provide you with help and advice.
We will give you tips for exhibitions or museums as well as excellent restaurant recommendations. Of course, we will also make table reservations. Whether a sightseeing tour or airport taxi – we will organize everything for you. We are also happy to help you with the online check-in.
If you should get sick, simply contact us. Whether arranging for a doctor or if you need medications - we provide immediate help. Do you suffer from a wheat flour allergy, lactose or gluten intolerance, or diabetes? Please let us know.
We provide appropriate food for special needs. Whether washing, ironing, or cleaning - our laundry service will take care of your clothing. Simply hand over your clothes to the reception desk in the morning by 10 am, and your items will be cleaned and returned in the evening.
Mailing, chargers for mobile phones, adapters for electrical appliances, printing of documents – our team at the reception desk offers business services. And if you arrive before 2 pm, we will do our best to get your room ready before the official check-in time.
